Two-Year International Warranty

Every KVELI Arktis is covered by a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of delivery. If your watch develops a fault caused by defective materials or workmanship within this period, we will repair it or, where repair is not possible, replace it free of charge. The warranty is valid worldwide.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery or arising from a manufacturing fault — for example, a movement that fails to keep time within specification under normal use, or a case or dial defect not caused by external impact.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches to the case, crystal or bracelet; damage resulting from misuse, accidents, impacts or unauthorised repair or modification; water damage resulting from use beyond the watch's 5 ATM water resistance rating, or from a crown left unscrewed or unsealed; or wear to the strap, which is a consumable component.

Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may be affected by ageing of gaskets or by impact. We recommend having water resistance checked periodically if the watch is regularly exposed to water.

How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, email john@kveli.watch with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant. We will respond with instructions, including how and where to send your watch if a return is needed. Please do not ship your watch to us before receiving return instructions.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is a voluntary commitment from KVELI and comes in addition to your statutory rights, which it does not limit or replace in any way.

Under Norwegian consumer law (forbrukerkjøpsloven), consumers have the right to complain about defects for up to five years for goods intended to last significantly longer than two years — a category that includes a quality watch. Similar statutory protections may apply under the consumer law of your country of residence. These rights apply regardless of the terms of this warranty.
