About These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through kveli.watch. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

The seller is Avenio AS (trading as KVELI Watches), organisation number 936 966 667, registered at Hallsetlia 2, 7027 Trondheim, Norway. You can reach us at john@kveli.watch. We refer to Avenio AS as "KVELI", "we" or "us" throughout these terms.

The Product and Pre-Order Nature

The KVELI Arktis is a 42mm automatic watch produced in a limited edition of 600 pieces — 200 in each of three dial variants: Ice Blue, Silverwhite and Black. Each order is for one specific dial variant as selected at checkout.

The Arktis is sold on a pre-order basis. This means your payment is charged in full at the time you place your order, while delivery begins from October 30, 2026. Watches are dispatched in the order in which orders were received. We will keep you informed by email if the delivery timeline changes materially, and you retain your statutory rights of withdrawal and cancellation throughout the pre-order period.

Prices and Payment

The price of the KVELI Arktis is EUR 490 — this is the full amount charged at checkout. Avenio AS is not currently registered in the Norwegian VAT register, so no Norwegian VAT is added to or included in the price. Any shipping costs and applicable import charges are described in our Shipping Policy and shown or explained before you complete your order.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe and is made by card. Your card is charged immediately when you place your pre-order. We do not store your card details; these are handled entirely by Stripe.

Delivery

We ship worldwide with insured, tracked shipping. Deliveries begin from October 30, 2026. Orders to Norway are shipped duty-paid; orders to other countries may be subject to local import duties, taxes and handling fees, which are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your watch is dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) and EU distance-selling rules, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Because this is a pre-order charged at the time of purchase, the withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the watch; you may of course also cancel at any time before delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by a clear statement — an email to john@kveli.watch is sufficient. You may use the standard withdrawal form (angrerettskjema), which we provide with your order confirmation and will send on request. If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are notified, using the same payment method you used. If the watch has been delivered, you must return it to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us; you bear the direct cost of the return, and you are responsible for any reduction in the watch's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Warranty and Statutory Rights

The KVELI Arktis is covered by a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in our Warranty page. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. Under Norwegian consumer law (forbrukerkjøpsloven), consumers have the right to complain about defects for up to five years for goods intended to last significantly longer than two years, such as a watch.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If something is not right, please contact us first at john@kveli.watch — we aim to resolve any issue directly and fairly.

If we cannot reach a solution together, you may bring a complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet), forbrukertilsynet.no. Customers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be brought before the ordinary Norwegian courts, or as otherwise provided by mandatory consumer law.
