Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Delivery Timeline

The KVELI Arktis is sold as a pre-order. Deliveries begin from October 30, 2026, and watches are dispatched in the order in which orders were received. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number the moment your watch leaves us.

If the delivery timeline changes materially, we will let you know by email as early as we can.

Worldwide Insured Shipping

We ship worldwide. Every watch is sent fully insured with door-to-door tracking, so you can follow your Arktis from our hands to yours. Your shipment is covered against loss or damage in transit — if anything goes wrong on the way, contact us at john@kveli.watch and we will make it right.

Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within Norway are delivered duty-paid — the price you pay at checkout is the final price, with nothing due on delivery.

Orders to other countries may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs handling fees, which are determined by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering if you are unsure what to expect.

Address Changes

Because there is time between your order and delivery, your circumstances may change. You can update your shipping address at any point before dispatch by emailing john@kveli.watch from the email address used at checkout. Once your watch has shipped, we can no longer change the destination, so please make sure your address is current as the delivery window approaches.
